Vendor Guidelines

  • Nerd, Geek, or Hip Hop-Related: All vendors must have offerings that resonate with our event themes, such as anime, comics, gaming, collectibles, music, fashion, or related merchandise.
  • One Business Per Table: Each vendor is allowed one business per table or booth area. Sharing or splitting tables is not permitted to ensure a fair and professional experience for everyone.
  • Screening Process: All applicants will go through a screening process to ensure alignment with our event's theme and values.
